The ‘Glowing Green Smoothie’

Over the holidays I read a book called The Beauty Detox Solution by Kimberly Snyder. It was incredibly helpful in understanding how the food we eat effects us from the inside out. I would highly recommend it if you’re looking for a lifestyle change, a detox that’s sustainable and will really help you both look and feel your best. I started including the ‘Glowing Green Smoothie’ into my diet, drinking it every morning with a probiotic and a glass of lemon water. It has really helped my energy levels soar! 1 1/2 Cups of Water, 1 Head of Romaine Lettuce, 1/3 of a bag of Spinach, 3 – 4 Celery Stalks, 1 Apple, 1 Pear, 1 Banana, Cilantro (if you’re feeling brave) and Lemon Juice blended together makes 60 ounces.
